Leaf from an antiphonary, in latin, manuscript on vellum, BesanÇon, ca. 1360. 291 x 215 mm, two columns of 13 lines of text between 13 lines of music on a four-line red stave, written in a dark brown ink, with elaborate decorated initials in red, blue or brown with contrasting penwork, some of them including faces or grotesques. In the upper margin a scene with Dives and Lazarus, recounted in the tex below; Dives feasts with two companions in the initial; a servant looses two dogs on Lazarus, who is spotted red with leprosy and holding the clapper of the unclean; another dog licks his foot (slightly cropped).
