HOW TO ORDER
If you are interested in buying one or more items from our stock list, please follow the following procedure:
- Select the item by clicking the “Add item to shopping cart” button.
- If you want to select another item then click “Continue shopping”.
- When you are ready, click “Proceed to shopping cart”
- You will receive an overview of your shopping cart: You can go back to the shopping or remove items from the shopping cart.
- When you are finished, click the “Checkout” button.
- Complete the order form, you can add remarks or ask questions in the comments.
- Click the “Send” button.
You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your order.
Within one working day you will receive a second e-mail to answer your questions or remarks and to confirm availability and with a detailed pro forma invoice with the total price. You will also receive a username and password to enter the client area.
If possible, print out the e-mail or write down the username and password.
- Click on the URL www.sanderusmaps.com/clients to enter the client area.
- Fill in your username (or copy it from the e-mail) and password and click the “Login” button.
You will receive your order overview.
- Check your order details.
- If you agree, click the “Proceed” button; else click “Cancel Order”.
- If you proceed, you will receive a credit card payment page (Visa or MasterCard) from the secured Ogone website.
- After completing this credit card form, confirm by clicking “Yes, I confirm my order”.
If your payment is accepted, the order will be shipped within two working days with Fedex International Priority. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
YOU CAN CANCEL THE PROCEDURE AT ANY TIME.

You may also pay by bank transfer, please ask for our bank details and pay the invoice in a way that we receive in Euro the amount due in full. Instruct your bankers to remit with all charges prepaid.
You may also send us a cheque in Euro drawn on a Belgian bank. (Your bankers will sell you a Euro cheque drawn on a Belgian Bank).
